Exhibition Product CGI

Show the mechanism you can't put on the stand.

GRIP-01 (portfolio piece) — 20 seconds, silent, seamless loop

Internal motion, airflow, force, sensing — the value your machine can't demonstrate on a trade show floor, rendered in 3D. Short looping films built to stop people walking past and start a conversation.

20-second exhibition loop (GRIP-01)

A portfolio concept built around a fictional collaborative-robot gripper — product design, 3D, animation and edit, all in-house. It works with the sound off, and shows internal drive, vacuum airflow, grip force distribution and detection range one message at a time. First and last frame are identical, so it loops on a booth monitor without a seam.

58-second case study cut

The long version of the same asset: cutaway, the three invisible phenomena, pick & place, and an exploded view of the four units.

What You Get

The invisible, made visible

Cutaways, exploded views, transparency and particles turn internal structure, process and energy flow into something a visitor reads at a glance.

Built for the length people actually watch

Composed as a 15–30 second loop that works with no audio and makes sense whenever you start watching.

Still useful after the show

16:9, vertical and short cuts come out of the same 3D asset, ready for your site, social, and sales material.

From 3D to final cut without a handoff

Modeling, look, animation, compositing and edit handled end to end, so what the film says and what it shows don't drift apart.

Only two fields are required: your email and the product. A link to the product page is enough for me to answer on feasibility and budget. Fill in the rest only if you know it. Receipt is immediate, a first reply within one business day, and feasibility, scope and a budget range within two. Process
  1. 01

    15-minute fit check

Show date, the product, and what the booth needs to communicate — then an honest answer on whether 3DCG is the right tool.

  2. 02

    Assets and quote

Review CAD/3D data, drawings, photos and brand guidelines, then fix the schedule, deliverable formats and price.

  3. 03

    Storyboard sign-off

Before production, we agree on what happens second by second and how the camera moves, as stills or a rough animatic.

  4. 04

    Production and first cut

Look, lighting and animation finished, delivered as a first cut judged at booth viewing distance.

  5. 05

    Revisions and master delivery

After the agreed revisions, you get the venue playback master and a web-ready version.

Challenges
01

The machine can't run on the floor

Too large, too expensive, too hazardous, or too confidential to show in motion — so the internal structure never gets seen.

02

Panels need a person to explain them

Boards and stills rarely land in the few seconds a visitor gives you while walking past.

03

The film dies with the show

A one-off booth video is a cost that ends on the last day, instead of an asset for the website, sales deck, and recruiting.

FAQ
We don't have CAD or 3D data. Can you still take it on?

Yes. Modeling from drawings, dimensions and photographs is quoted separately. Supplying STEP, IGES or FBX keeps both cost and schedule down.

The show is close. What can you do in the time left?

With data supplied and a decision-maker available, CONCEPT SPRINT runs from 10 business days. A full PRODUCT LOOP is better with 3–5 weeks. Tell me the show date first.

Does this include installing on the venue LED or signage?

Producing and exporting the film is the standard scope. Hardware selection, installation and on-site operation are not included, but the export will match the resolution and codec spec your installer needs.

How many revisions are included?

Two after the first cut. Structural changes away from the approved storyboard, product spec changes, and additional shots are quoted separately.

Can we use the film on our website and in sales material?

Yes. Once payment is complete you can use the delivered film in the agreed channels. Rights covering editable project files, 3D models and any third-party assets are stated in the quote.
